Pirate, Arr!

"You can touch me if you want."

Sick. It sucks.

Actually, I'm better than I have been these past few days. Who knows... maybe tomorrow I'll be able to swallow without even the slightest twinge of pain ricocheting through my body.

Strep throat caused me to miss today's classes (which will destroy me since I already missed the maximum no-penalty-three for Communications and I'm nearing it for English which I hate missing anyway... and Math... which I haven't bought the book for yet...) and will make me miss Rocky tomorrow. So, I'll be home. And home sucks.

Meanwhile, my computer hates me. Matt was wonderful enough to get me a copy of Chicago from Kazaa, but I tried to transfer them onto my hard drive from disc, and my computer got all kinds of fucked up... So he theorized something wrong with a sector... So, I tried to defrag - a term I use liberally, despite my blissful lack of knowledge as to what it means or entails - and hours later, it froze. So I have to try again.

Basically, my computer is fine. Unless I open Paint. And then it gets all blue-screen on me, telling me of woe and discontent involving some inability to write to disk... Even (and especially) if I'm not trying to write anything to disk. It's probably not just Paint, but of the hundreds of programs on my computer, that's one of the dozen I use the most frequently, so it's the only one with a visual problem.

Bah.
