I am in one fucked up mood.

Going to see Phantom now... Hopefully will make me feel more pleasant and not wanting to rip heads.

I'm stopping my OCD music detail as of this post.

I went to see The Phantom of the Opera with Jamie and his friends Matt and Kristen. While I've never seen the stage show, I am pretty familiar with the music through my father. While I like all the actual full-length songs ("Phantom," "All I Ask," "Wishing...," "Think of Me,"), I dislike most of the transitional material. I think the show would be better if it were a straight-forward musical, with dialogue and then the musical numbers. The film, however, couldn't decide what it wanted to be. ( Read more... )
