Apparently while Matt, eLiz, and I were cleansing the apartment upstairs, Liz felt very heavy and weighted down. I experienced lethargy and a sudden bloody nose mid-circle, and Jamie felt sickish before we even started and went home.

Matt didn't say he felt similar. I think he may have been too busy making sure the ritual was done properly, considering it's peculiarity involving four quarters in four separate rooms. All the same, weird.

The house has been cleansed, though. 40 was upstairs, and did not like it at all. Whether it's that feline intuition or merely him freaking out over not being in the same place he has been for the last several months is uncertain at this time. He eventually calmed, but welcomed the return downstairs readily.

The rite itself was nifty, otherwise. 45 minute evocation/invocation matched with a good 2 hours of conversation during the Simple Feast. And lots of salt and Florida water spread all over the apartment.

I'm not sure if I'm going to Plainfield to get stuff cleared or not. It rests on Michael and Genevieve's shoulders, and I haven't heard back from either of them. I know it was a favour I was asking, but very conflicting and different opinions changing daily have been quite exhausting.

I'm gonna take a shower and wash the rite off me.
